Join us for our weekly speed session. This week's workout focuses on a 30-minute tempo run set at marathon pace. Tempo runs are incredibly effective for boosting aerobic fitness, particularly for races spanning 5k and beyond. By sticking to a steady and demanding pace, you'll bolster your endurance and capacity to maintain swifter speeds over prolonged durations. The main objective of this session is to fortify your stamina and ready you for the unique rigors of lengthier races. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m., then we'll kick off the workout at 6:30 p.m. As always, stick around for post-workout snacks and refreshments at the Trackhouse. These meet-ups are free and open to runners of all abilities. We are asking all runners joining us for the first time to fill out this waiver before arriving
