Wednesday Speed Workout - Boston
Join us for our weekly speed session. This week's workout is 8-10 200m on 200m off on the track. This session is designed to build both speed and strength over distance. Focus on relaxed form, efficient turnover, and staying smooth as the pace progresses. The 200m recovery should be run steady and controlled enough to recover.
Doors will open at 5:30 p.m., then we'll kick off the workout at 6:30 p.m. As always, stick around for post-workout snacks and refreshments at the Trackhouse. These meet-ups are free and open to runners of all abilities. We are asking all runners joining us for the first time to fill out this waiver before arriving.
We encourage runners be able to comfortably complete 6-8 miles of running in order to get the most out of this session, as this run will not have pacers.
