Join us for our 100 Days to NYC long run training. These runs are free and open to all abilities. We will be offering pacers and different route options with opportunities to add or subtract miles as needed. After the run we'll have coffee and light refreshments. The run will start at 8:30am. Route details will be published on our Strava event page.
We are asking all runners joining us for the first time to fill out this run club waiver before arriving.
