Wednesday Speed Workout with Chipotle 🌯 - London
Join us for our weekly speed session at Paddington Recreation Ground, designed to help you get faster and sharper for your goal races. Following the session, we’ll head to Chipotle’s Baker Street branch for a post-run refuel, with free mains provided for all runners.
This week’s workout is:
Options: (90s rest)
Option A: 6 x 1km at your 5k pace.
Option B: 4 x 1km at your 5k pace.
Option C: 2 x 1km at your 5k pace.
Timing
There are two options for joining the session:
1. Meet at the Trackhouse from 6:00 PM to leave for a warmup to Paddington Rec Track at 6:30 PM. The warmup to the track is 3.2km (2 miles).
2. Alternatively, feel free to meet us at the right-hand side of the track (by the benches) ready to start the main session for 7:00 PM.
Sign Up & Pacing
Bag drop and changing will be available at the Trackhouse. All paces and levels are welcome. These meet-ups are free and open to runners of all abilities. The workout is published on our London Strava Event Page. We are asking all runners joining us for the first time to fill out this waiver before arriving.
