100 Days to London - Week Fourteen - The Final 10 Long Run

Join us for the fourtheeth run in our 100 Days to London programme, the final 10 miles. Join us at the Trackhouse to run the penultimate weekend before the marathon. On offer, we have options of 8 km (5 miles) and 16 km (10 miles).

Location & Time
- Meet at the London Trackhouse for 9:00AM.
- Leave the Trackhouse at 9:30AM for a warmup.
- Group warmup takes place at Portman Sq.
- Bag drop, changing will be available.
- These runs are free.

Pace & Distance
- Pace groups: 4:20 - 7:25/km (7:00 - 12:00/mile).
- You can tailor the distance to your own needs.
- Pacers will run the set distances listed.

Fuelling
- There'll be coffee, bananas and water available.
