Wednesday Speed Workout - London
Join us for our final speed session of 2023 at Paddington Rec. We are running a taper session of 3 x 1 mile at your marathon pace, with 90s easy recovery in between reps.
The session starts from the Trackhouse, we meet at 6:00 p.m. and leave to run to Paddington Recreation Ground at 6:30 p.m. The warmup to the track is 3.2km (2 miles). Bag drop and changing will be available at the Trackhouse. Alternatively, feel free to meet us at the track for 7:00 p.m.
