100 Days to Boston - Marathon Paced Workout

Join us for the twelfth Tracksmith 100 Days to Boston long run. This week, we will be running 16 miles alongside the Charles River. This route offers many opportunities to lengthen or shorten your miles, depending on your needs. There will be pacers from 6:30/mile to 12/mile on hand to help guide you on the run. Before the run, we will have coffee, bananas, and water available. Post-run, stick around for more coffee. Doors will open at 8:30 a.m., then we'll kick off our route overview at 9 a.m. These meet-ups are free and open to runners of all abilities. We are asking all runners joining us for the first time to fill out this waiver before arriving.
