100 Days to London - Fuelling Long Run

Join us for the ninth run in our 100 Days to London programme. Fuelling during the marathon underpins your performance on the day, training is no different. This run highlights the importance of fuelling over long distances and encourages you to practise all your race-day routines. On offer, we have options of 15 km (9 miles) and 30 km (18 miles).

There will be pacers from 4:10/km (6:45/mile) to 7:25/km (12:00/mile) on hand to help guide you on the run. The full details of the run are linked below. Both distance options offer many opportunities to lengthen or shorten your miles, depending on your needs.

Meet at the London Trackhouse for 9am, bag drop, changing will be available. We kick off from 9:30am. These meet-ups are free and open to runners of all abilities. There will also be a bag drop available. Before the run, we will have coffee, bananas and water available. Post-run, stick around for some more coffee.
