100 Days to London - Hilly Long Run

Join us for the tenth run in our 100 Days to London programme. Running on hills is speedwork in disguise. It is a great way to improve your speed, strength and power. An essential part of long distance variation. On offer on our run to Hampstead Heath , we have options of 15 km (9 miles) and 31 km (19 miles).

There will be pacers from 4:10/km (6:45/mile) to 7:25/km (12:00/mile) on hand to help guide you on the run. The full details of the run are linked below. Both distance options offer many opportunities to lengthen or shorten your miles, depending on your needs.

Meet at the London Trackhouse for 9am, bag drop, changing will be available. We kick off from 9:30am. These meet-ups are free and open to runners of all abilities. There will also be a bag drop available. Before the run, we will have coffee, bananas and water available. Post-run, stick around for some more coffee.
