100 Days to London - Destination Workout Long Run

Join us for the eleventh run in our 100 Days to London programme, a destination run. As we contimue at this distance, this run is not focused on pace but focused on running longer and understanding time on feet. We host this run from East London and utlise running in Hackney Marshes and Victoria Park. On offer, we have options of 15 km (9 miles) and 31 km (19 miles).

Meet at the London Community Track in the Olympic Park Trackhouse for 8:30am, bag drop, changing will be available. We kick off from 9:00am. These meet-ups are free and open to runners of all abilities. There will also be a bag drop available. Before the run, we will have coffee, bananas and water available. Post-run, stick around for some more coffee.
