100 Days to London - Bus Run #1

Join us for the third run in our 100 Days to London programme, a bus run. The first course preview Sunday long run, we meet at the Trackhouse to be transported out by coach to the Isle of Dogs, to run 22 km (14 miles) back covering the marathon route.

Doors for the Trackhouse will open at 7:45am. Buses depart the Trackhouse at 8:30am, it is essential to RSVP for the bus ticket. We also have the option to meet us at the bus drop off location. Note, there will not be a bag drop at the drop off location. Meet point: The Eleventh Hour shop from 9am onwards. The coaches will arrive at the drop off, ready to run, just after 9am.

There will be pacers from 4:20/km (7:00/mile) to 7:25/km (12:00/mile) on hand to help guide you on the run. The full details of the run are linked below. Both distance options offer many opportunities to lengthen or shorten your miles, depending on your needs.

The route will be published on our Strava Event page. We are asking all runners joining us for the first time to fill out this run club waiver before arriving.
