100 Days to London - Week One - Kick-Off Long Run
Join us for the first Tracksmith 100 Days to London long run for 2026. For this weekend's kick-off, we loop the parks on our route. On offer, we have options of 10 km (6 miles) and 20 km (12 miles). We are partnering with Oatis, post-run, breakfast overnight oats will be available.
Location & Time
- Meet at the London Trackhouse for 9:00AM.
- Leave the Trackhouse at 9:30AM for a warmup.
- Group warmup takes place at Portman Sq.
- Bag drop, changing will be available.
- These runs are free.
Pace & Distance
- Pace groups: 4:20 - 7:25/km (7:00 - 12:00/mile).
- You can tailor the distance to your own needs.
- Pacers will run the set distances listed.
Fuelling
- There'll be coffee, bananas and water available.
