100 Days to NYC - Course Preview
Join us for our 100 Days to NYC long run training. This week, we will do 10-14 miles with a preview of the NYC Marathon course. We will be offering pacers and different route options with opportunities to add or subtract miles as needed. Before the run we'll have coffee, water, bananas and bag check. These runs are free and open to all abilities. Route details will be published on our Strava event page and in our weekly newsletter.
We are asking all runners joining us for the first time to fill out this run club waiver before arriving.
