100 Days to NYC - Long, long run

Week Four of 100 Days to NYC. We'll run 10 miles or 21 miles to Prospect park, the belt parkway and 4th avenue. The second part of the longer route will cover the first 10 miles of the NYC Marathon course from 4th avenue to Williamsburg. Doors at the Trackhouse will open 7:45am with the run beginning promptly at 8:15am. Before the run, coffee, bananas and water will be available. Route details will be published on our Strava event page, in our weekly newsletter and in the Tracksmith NYC Whatspp group. These runs are free and open to all abilities. We are asking all runners joining us for the first time to fill out this run club waiver before arriving.
