Wednesday Speed Workout - Boston

Join us for our weekly speed session. This week's workout is 2-3 x mile at 10K pace with a 90-second standing rest between each repetition. This particular workout serves as an effective means to enhance your speed endurance and acclimate you to sustaining a challenging pace over longer distances. Doors will open at 5:30 PM, then we'll kick off the workout and head to MIT at 6:30 PM. As always, stick around for post-workout snacks and refreshments at the Trackhouse. These meet-ups are free and open to runners of all abilities. We are asking all runners joining us for the first time to fill out this waiver before arriving.
