Wednesday Speed Workout - Boston

Join us for our weekly speed session.  This week's workout is 1000m pace changers: 5-6 x 1000m with the first 800m at 10k and the last 200m quicker at mile pace. 90s rest between each rep. Gear changes in 1000m intervals are a great way to challenge you physically and mentally, learning to dig deep and run quicker as the rep gets deeper. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m., then we'll kick off the workout and head to MIT at 6:30 p.m. As always, stick around for post-workout snacks and refreshments at the Trackhouse. These meet-ups are free and open to runners of all abilities. We are asking all runners joining us for the first time to fill out this waiver before arriving.
