Wednesday Speed Workout - Boston

This week's session entails a 25-minute continuous tempo run with gear shifts between 10k pace and marathon pace (MP) every 5 minutes. Specifically, the session will include 5 minutes at 10k pace, followed by 5 minutes at MP, then another 5 minutes at 10k pace, followed by 5 minutes at MP, and finally, 5 minutes at 10k pace. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m., then we'll kick off the workout and head to MIT at 6:30 p.m. As always, stick around for post-workout snacks and refreshments at the Trackhouse. These meet-ups are free and open to runners of all abilities. We are asking all runners joining us for the first time to fill out this waiver before arriving.
