Wednesday Speed Workout - Boston

Join us for our weekly speed session. This week's workout consists of 3-4 sets of 1.5-mile cruise intervals at half marathon pace (HMP), with a 90-second jog between sets. The aim is to enhance endurance and speed, honing your capacity to sustain a brisk pace over extended distances. Through repeated intervals interspersed with brief recovery periods, this regimen trains your body to endure and maintain a demanding pace throughout a race. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m., then we'll kick off the workout and head to MIT at 6:30 p.m. As always, stick around for post-workout snacks and refreshments at the Trackhouse. These meet-ups are free and open to runners of all abilities. We are asking all runners joining us for the first time to fill out this waiver before arriving.
