Wednesday Speed Workout - London
On Wednesday, we increase the distance of our interval workout, which is geared towards Twilight 5000 in a weeks time. The workout is a pyramid, a final tune up before Twilight 5000. Starting off with 200m / 400m/ 600m / 800m / 1k / 800m / 600m / 400m / 200m. The recoveries will be 45s after the 200m, 60s after the 400m, 75s after the 600m, 90s after the 800m and 2 mins after the 1k.
All sessions start from the Trackhouse, we meet at 6:00 p.m. and leave to jog to Paddington Recreation Ground at 6:30 p.m. The warmup to the track is 3.2km (2 miles). Bag drop and changing will be available at the Trackhouse.
Alternatively, feel free to meet us at the track for 7:00 p.m. Everyone cools down together, ensuring we give the body the care it needs post-speedwork.
