100 Days to London - Week Five - Distance Long Run
Join us for the fifth run in our 100 Days to London programme. It's important to step up in distance every few weeks. This run is not focused on pace but focused on running longer and understanding time on feet. We will run along the Thames Path heading west. On offer, we have options of 13 km (8 miles) and 26 km (16 miles).
Location & Time
- Meet at the London Trackhouse for 9:00AM.
- Leave the Trackhouse at 9:30AM for a warmup.
- Group warmup takes place at Portman Sq.
- Bag drop, changing will be available.
- These runs are free.
Pace & Distance
- Pace groups: 4:20 - 7:25/km (7:00 - 12:00/mile).
- You can tailor the distance to your own needs.
- Pacers will run the set distances listed.
Fuelling
- There'll be coffee, bananas and water available.
