Wednesday Speed Workout - Boston

This week's session consists of 8-10 sets of 600 meters at your target 5k pace, followed by a 200-meter slow jog for recovery between each repetition. This workout places a strong emphasis on aerobic conditioning and serves as an excellent building session to enhance your performance in 5K training. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m., then we'll kick off the workout at 6:30 p.m. Post-run, we'll offer our weekly Core in the Store workout. As always, stick around for post-workout snacks and refreshments at the Trackhouse. These meet-ups are free and open to runners of all abilities. We are asking all runners joining us for the first time to fill out this waiver before arriving.
