Wednesday Speed Workout - London
Join us for our weekly speed session at Paddington Rec which is designed to help you get faster for your goal races. This week we are running a ladder of 400m, 800m, 1200m, 1200m. 800m and 400m, 60s recovery after the 400m and 90s recovery after the 800m & 1200m.
All sessions start from the Trackhouse, we meet at 6:00 p.m. and leave to run to Paddington Recreation Ground at 6:30 p.m. The warmup to the track is 3.2km (2 miles). Bag drop and changing will be available at the Trackhouse. Alternatively, feel free to meet us at the track for 7:00 p.m. Everyone cools down together, ensuring we give the body the care it needs post-speed work.
