Wednesday Speed Workout - London

Join us for our weekly speed session in the Park which is designed to help you get faster for your goal races. If you have a head-torch, bring it along. This week, we run a hill workout, the session:

Option A: 12-16 x 30s Hill Sprints. Easy walk/jog down.
Option B: 6-8 x 30s Hill Sprints. Easy walk/jog down.

Timing & Joining
Meet at the Trackhouse from 6:00 PM to leave for a warmup to the Park as a group at 6:30 PM. The warmup is 3.2km (2 miles).

Sign Up & Pacing
Bag drop and changing will be available at the Trackhouse. All paces and levels are welcome. These meet-ups are free and open to runners of all abilities. The workout is published on our London Strava Event Page. We are asking all runners joining us for the first time to fill out this waiver before arriving.
