One hundred days from a goal race marks the start of serious training, when we begin to orient our days around our ambitions. January 6th, 2019 signals the 100 day countdown to Boston and this year we’ll be hosting free weekly supported Sunday long runs from the Trackhouse, including four Course Preview long runs on the Marathon route.
Pre-run coffee by Linden & True and light snacks

Support stations on the route stocked with water and gels
10 pace groups: 6:30 pace, 7:00 pace, 7:30 pace, 8:00 pace, 8:30 pace, 9:00 pace, 9:30 pace, 10:00 pace, 11:00 pace, 12:00 pace
Post-run breakfast in the Eliot Lounge
Coaches on hand to answer training-related questions
Access to post-run physical therapy (by appointment only)
Access to our recovery room, complete with NormaTec Pants, Roll Recovery, foam rollers, stretch bands, and more
Four times before Boston, we’ll bus runners to various points along the marathon course for a preview long run. Space is limited, so please RSVP below to receive reservation emails. On these days the bus will depart at 8:30am for a 9am start.
The Trackhouse opens for runners at 8am on Sundays. All long runs begin at 9am. On Course Preview days, the bus will depart at 8:30am.
Please note, should the weather demand it, we will shift long runs to Saturday. We'll update runners via email and social media. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions. The 1/20 Long Run has been rescheduled to 1/19 (Saturday) due to a forecasted storm.
