Consistency is key. Go long 4 weeks straight.
The long run is a weekly ritual that encourages us to reflect on where we are today and where we want to be in the future. It’s an introspective, centering experience – that's why we call it Church of the Long Run.
This season we're challenging you to put together a streak of weekly long runs. Starting September 30th, log at least one long run (45 minutes or longer) each week for four straight weeks and you'll earn 20% off your next purchase.
Lace up, get outside and commit to the weekly ritual of distance, not speed.
