Made from a water-repellent and wind-resistant stretch woven fabric, this is a highly technical spin on the button down silhouette, featuring a classic collar with stays, three button placket and elasticated cuffs. It’s finished with a zippered back hip pocket.
NOTE: The Park Popover is a co-ed silhouette based on our men's fit. It is sized from XS to L. We'd suggest women go down one size from their regular Tracksmith sizing. Please see the size guide above or contact support if you have questions.

When the weather is bad, we reach for layers that offer protection and breathability without adding weight. The popover features a water-repellent and breathable Schoeller fabric that protects against the elements without overheating. The shirting details offer added protection: the collar flips up or down to protect against the wind, buttons provide simple temperature regulation, and elasticated cuffs keep out the cold.
This four-way stretch fabric from Schoeller features an innovative combination of warp yarns - Breeze® - that create a cooling effect and weft yarns - Meryl® Nexten - that create a microclimate within the fabric to insulate against the elements.
The back hip pocket is zippered and can hold a phone, keys or credit card.
In the sixties, a New Haven-based clothier tweaked the silhouette of the sport shirt so that the buttons ended at the bottom of the wearers chest. This tweak meant you’d have to “pop it over” to get it on, hence the name “popover.”
We asked the men and women of Portland’s Jacuzzi Boys Athletic Club to give the Park Popover a test over a weekend of training. The Pacific Northwest’s unpredictable weather proved the perfect foil - Malik Mahmud donned it as an extra layer for a foggy and cold 12 mile long run, while Alyssa Barrette covered up on a Friday shakeout.
