100 Days Long Run - Taper

The thirteenth long run in our 100 Days to London training series. Join us as we enter the taper period and cover a half marathon distance across Central London.

Meet up from 9am at The Trackhouse, then we'll kick off our route overview at 9:30am. These meet-ups are free and open to runners of all abilities. There will also be a bag drop available.

Runners can easily add or take away some mileage. There will be pacers on hand to help guide you on the run. Before the run, we will have coffee, bananas and water available. Post-run, stick around for some more coffee.

We are asking all runners joining us for the first time to fill out this run club waiver before arriving.
