Wednesday Speed Workout - Boston
This week's training session comprises 12 hill sprints, each with a duration of 45 seconds. These sprints are organized into three sets, with the initial 4 sprints to be completed at 70% effort, the subsequent 4 at 80% effort, and the final 4 at 90% effort. This timeless hill workout is renowned for its effectiveness in cultivating the fast-twitch speed required to finish a 5K race with strength. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m., and we'll kick off the workout at 6:30 p.m. Post-run, we'll offer our weekly Core in the Store workout. As always, stick around for post-workout snacks and refreshments at the Trackhouse. These meet-ups are free and open to runners of all abilities. We are asking all runners joining us for the first time to fill out this waiver before arriving.
