When it gets really cold and really windy, tights can be tough. We set out to solve some of our biggest frustrations with wearing tights when it’s below zero, starting with the fabric. These are built from our Fusion double knit: an innovative combination of Merino wool for warmth and moisture management, nylon for durability and spandex for comfort and support. A channeled drawstring prevents the dreaded waistband sag, and windblock overlays keep bitter headwinds at bay. Plus, we added two phone-sized pockets, zippered ankle seams, and reflective details. No excuses now.
- Crafted from our Fusion double-knit fabric, which combines the natural thermoregulation of Merino wool with nylon for stability and spandex for a supportive, comfortable fit
- Windblocking overlays extend from the waistband to the knee for added protection
- The waistband is finished with a channeled drawstring so you can adjust the fit
- Reflective piping is used throughout to provide visibility in low light. Find it on the seams of our signature sash, rear back yoke and bottom side seams
- A zippered phone pocket is set into the right-hand side seam
- The rear back yoke features a full-width pocket, finished with a bi-fold elastic at the top
- Leg zippers are strategically placed to sit between the ankle bone and Achilles tendon
- Body Fabric: 43% Merino Wool / 44% Nylon 13% Spandex
- Overlay Fabric: 81% Nylon / 19% Elastane
- Other Fabric: 85% Polyester / 15% Elastane
- Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, inside out with like colors

Weather the Worst
We engineered our Fusion double-knit fabric to combine the best of natural and synthetic fibers. Merino wool keeps your legs warm, wicks away sweat and resists odors. Nylon adds structure and durability, while spandex ensures a comfortable, lightly compressive fit. To keep wind out, we added a flexible, woven overlay at the thighs.
Carry It All
Winter long runs require lots of stuff. Good news is, you can carry it all in these tights. Zip your phone into the side seam pocket. Stash your gloves, fuel and keys in the full-width pocket across the back waistband.
Shine On
Running at the edge of the day means learning to embrace the dark. Reflective piping on the front sash and seams ensures you’ll be spotted in low light. Plus, ankle zips make it easy to pull these on and off.
