100 Days to London - Week Twelve - Workout Long Run

Join us for the twelfth run in our 100 Days to London programme, a destination run. As we continue at this distance with a marathon paced workout. Sandwiching some efforts at your goal marathon pace not only will give you the fitness, it will also unlock the mental training that you can achieve your goal marathon time. We host this run from East London and utlise running in Hackney Marshes and Victoria Park. On offer, we have options of 16 km (10 miles) and 32 km (20 miles).

7k Warmup
4 x 4k at marathon pace with 1k recovery
7k Cooldown

16k/10M Breakdown:
3k Warmup
2 x 4k at marathon pace with 1k recovery
3k Cooldown

Location & Time
- Meet at the London Community Track for 9:00AM.
- Group warmup takes place on track.
- Bag drop, changing will be available.
- These runs are free.

Pace & Distance
- Pace groups: 2h45 to 5h00 Marathon pace groups.
- You can tailor the distance to your own needs.
- Pacers will run the set distances listed.

Fuelling
- There'll be coffee, bananas and water available.
