Speed Session - NYC

Join us for our Wednesday speed sessions. We'll meet 6:30pm at the Trackhouse or 6:45 pm at McCarren Track. Track sessions are open to all runners of all paces and abilities. We are asking all runners joining us for the first time to fill out this run club waiver before arriving.
