100 Days to London - Week Four - Workout Long Run with Atis
Join us for the fourth run of our 100 Days to London programme. This session focuses on marathon-pace running - the cornerstone of any marathon plan, building both fitness and confidence in your goal pace. Distances available are 11 km (7 miles) and 24 km (15 miles). We’ve partnered with Atis, who’ll be offering a discount on their menu after the run.

1 x 4k at marathon pace with 1k recovery

Location & Time
- Meet at the London Trackhouse for 9:00AM.
- Leave the Trackhouse at 9:30AM for a warmup.
- Group warmup takes place at Portman Sq.
- Bag drop, changing will be available.
- These runs are free.
Pace & Distance
- Pace groups: 2h30 to 5h00 Marathon pace groups.
- You can tailor the distance to your own needs.
- Pacers will run the set distances listed.
Fuelling
- There'll be coffee, bananas and water available.
