Graphic Designer
Location: Boston

Tracksmith is an independent running brand rooted in the Amateur Spirit and dedicated to celebrating the culture of the sport. Everything we make — from product to storytelling to experiences — is grounded in taste, intention, and respect for running’s history and community.

We’re looking for a part-time Graphic Designer for 15-20 hours per week to help bring Tracksmith’s stories, products, and moments to life through thoughtful, well-crafted design. This role is ideal for a strong individual contributor who cares deeply about craft, has a sharp eye for detail, and is excited to execute creative work across digital, print, and physical environments.

Working closely with the Design Director and broader creative team, the Graphic Designer will support campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives — contributing ideas while executing within a clear creative direction.

What You'll Do

Execute Brand & Campaign Creative

  • Design assets across digital & print, social, email, web, retail, packaging, & event materials.

  • Support seasonal campaigns and brand moments with distinctive, well-crafted creative.

  • Translate creative direction into polished, production-ready assets across channels.

  • Create development-ready mockups for our e-commerce site and email campaigns.

Maintain Brand Standards

  • Apply Tracksmith’s visual language and brand guidelines consistently across all work.

  • Ensure a high level of craft, accuracy, and attention to detail in every deliverable.

  • Help protect and reinforce brand consistency across channels, formats, and moments.

Collaborate & Grow

  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to execute work thoughtfully and efficiently.

  • Bring fresh ideas that preserve the core aesthetic while subtly advancing the brand 

  • Manage multiple projects and timelines while maintaining clarity, quality, and momentum.

What You Bring

  • 2–4+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within fashion, sports, or lifestyle brands.

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, branding, and visual systems.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma

  • Solid understanding of print production and digital formats.

  • Understanding of UX principles and interface design.

  • Keen eye for photo selection and editing.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • A connection to running, sport, or active culture.

The compensation for this role is expected to be between $36.00 - $41.00 per hour depending on a combination of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and industry knowledge.
