Named for Boston's venerable airport, we built the Logan Jacket with an innovative Swiss textile to handle these variable conditions.
The highly-technical Schoeller fabric marries natural fibers with high tech yarns. The warp yarn - Breeze® - creates a cooling effect, reducing the likelihood of overheating, while the weft yarn - Meryl® Nexten - creates a microclimate
within the fabric that insulates against the elements. A touch of elastane provides stretch for mobility.
The result is a windbreaker that’s both breathable and water-repellent. And unlike other technical garments, your Logan Jacket can go in the washer and dryer.
The roots of some of running’s highest performance fabrics date back to 1849 when a German named Rudolph Schoeller began manufacturing textiles in Silesia. We tested the Logan Jacket’s versatility on our spring training trip. From the snowy streets of Boston’s Bay Village through security at Logan Airport to the sun drenched roads of Miami, the Logan Jacket held its own.
On race day, it served as a key layer during the warm up and cool down. On an evening shakeout, we put it through its paces as the weather switched from day-time humidity to a breezy sunset.
