Our most compressive women's tight built for high performance, with a 7/8 length cut, minimalist trims, a high waistband, and a supportive fit.

The Midnight and Beetle Green colorways have updated sizing for 2024 that includes a more relaxed waistband than previous versions for a more comfortable fit. We recommend sizing up if you are between sizes or prefer a less compressive fit.

Allston Tights

Our Allston/Bell Lap products are made from our most compressive fabric and are meant to fit close to the skin. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Measure your waist by wrapping a measuring tape around your “natural waist”, which is traditionally near the belly button and the smallest part of the waist. Measure your hip by wrapping a measuring tape around the hip at the largest part of the hip, taking care to keep the tape even all the way around the hip.

The Allston Tights have a 7/8 length cut that is meant to fall above the ankle. The inseam measurements below are for the Allston Tights by measuring along the seam from the crotch the hem when the garment is laid flat.

Running tights are a year-round staple, but a few material differences can change their utility. The Italian-made fabric we found for our Allston Tights delivers a light and supportive bottom that’s ideal for harder sessions when you want coverage but don’t want to overheat. With comfortable and utilitarian details like a high rise waist, soft, wide waistband and three pockets, we think of it as a workhorse tight for shoulder seasons.

Compressive Fit

Combining sleek and comfortable compression with temperature-regulating breathability, the high-rise fit Allston Tight's Italian-made blend of 57% nylon and 43% elastane offers the highest performance when it matters. 

Carrying Capacity

The Allston features three internal pockets in the waistband. A small front pocket stores a key or credit card, while a larger waist pocket holds a phone securely in place, with a second pocket for fuel or other supplies.

Material Difference

We set out to find the perfect fabric for fast, high intensity runs. We found it in an Italian-made blend of nylon and elastane that balances compression and stretch with breathability and speedy drying times. It’s cool to the touch with a silky handfeel and lightweight while still providing full coverage and support. Cut with a high rise, wide waistband, the tights sit comfortably and snugly on the waist and feature a clean 7/8ths finish to land above the ankles, with a bonded sash detail on the back left calf.

All Hail Allston

Among certain circles in Boston, Allston is called the “Flagstaff of the East” for the high number of elites and semi-elites who call the blue collar neighborhood home. We named our newest tights in honor of the community of fast women who live, train and work in the enclave.
