Morning Miles

Middle distance runner Kamilah put the new Harrier Tee to the test over a morning workout on a dirt track in Santa Barbara. The workout called for a cutdown fartlek: 2x90 seconds, 2x60, 4x30, 4x15 with equal rest. The verdict? “ I think it may become one of my favorites!” she told us after the workout.
